Honduras (Fair Trade, Organic)
Honduras has emerged as an outstanding coffee producing region in the last two years. We were wowed by a wonderful caramelly flavor with hints of malt and cream. This coffee has notes of hazelnuts, coupled with an acidity that reminds us of cabernet, and finishes with notes of cocoa.
Country of Origin: Honduras
Region: From the Southwest mountains of Honduras, close to the El Salvador border, and near the Piedra Parada.
