Papua New Guinea (Fair Trade, Organic)
Another of our Roastmaster's favorites, this coffee is remarkably full-bodied and balanced with a nice acidity. It has undertones of spice and fruit which comes acorss like ripened peaches.
This very large island off the North Coast of Australia produces an excellent coffee that some say is everything that the best Jamaica's once were. The best beans come from the Eastern and Western Highlands, in the Central portion of the island, and are grown at extremely high elevations.
