Timor Maubesse (Fair Trade, Organic)
Description: Full body, soft clean and balanced with a little brightness and light notes of spice. This terrific and little-known coffee is comparable to goo Sulawesi, but with a slightly cleaner flavor. It is a washed organic catimor from the Maubesse region.
Region: The tiny and newly independent island of Timor, in the South Central portion of the Indonesian archipelago, is gaining a presence in the specialty coffee market. The quality of coffees from Timor have improved dramatically over the past few years as their industry has developed.
