Brazil Poço Fund (Fair Trade, Organic)
Very high standards of growing and processing make this coffee among the very best of the organics. It has a somewhat bright and lively flavor, a meduim body, and subtle toasty and spicy notes. It is a sun-dried blend of bourbon and catuai beans from the high country of the southern region of Minas Gerais (Sul de Minas). It is among the highest grown of all Brazillian coffees.
